Prices Ordering and Contacts

We slaughter to order depending on the availability of fat stock. Pigs are generally sold in halves, as a guide you can expect to get in the region of the following weight in meat from a pig:

Kune Kune pig 32kg

Oxford Sandy Black pig 45kg

Our rare breed pork is priced at a very reasonable £4.75 kg

You can specify butchering requirements at the time of ordering. Sausages incur extra cost, make your own is our advice. We can even include the head if you fancy making brawn!

At the time of ordering we will confirm the date that you will have to pick up your finished pig. This will coincide with our collection day from the butchers.

Lamb and Mutton

As a guide, lamb is priced at around £4.50 kg.

Poultry

Geese are reared in limited numbers and are available prior to Christmas at £8.80 per kilo (£4 lb). Turkeys likewise are priced at £6.60 per kilo (£3 lb). We do also rear table chickens, check for availability.
